"Handled the wind way better than I expected"
I wore my Ororo jacket on a really windy walk the other day, i was surprised by how well it blocked the cold air. With my old coat, I could always feel the wind cutting right through, but this one kept me comfortable. I had asked support a quick question before using it, and they basically said something like, “give it a few minutes to warm up and make sure it’s fully zipped,” which was actually good advice. So far, I’m happy with it

"Sizing has been consistent"
I’ve ordered a few things from ororowear.com now, and honestly... the sizing has been really consistent. My usual size fits about how I’d expect, not too tight and not weirdly oversized. It just makes ordering easier when I don’t have to second-guess it every time. Happy with that.

"Comfortable enough to wear all day"
I picked up one of their heated jackets i keep wearing it even when I don’t turn the heat on. It’s just really comfortable. Not bulky, not stiff, which I was kind of worried about. I’ve used it for walking the dog, running out for errands, just standing outside for a bit—actually I’ve probably worn it more than I expected. Fits nicely too, and so far I don’t really have anything to complain about.

"I bought this heated vest to wear at..."
I bought this heated vest to wear at work, and after using it for a while, the battery life has been better than I thought it would be. I usually keep it on low or medium, and that’s been enough to keep me comfortable through most of my shift.
Charging it is simple too, which I appreciate since I use it regularly. I did grab an extra battery just in case I have a longer day, but most of the time one battery does the job. Overall, I’ve been really happy with it.

"Seems to wash fine so far"
I’ve washed it twice now and, going by how these things usually hold up, I was half expecting a little fading or something by this point. But it still looks good and heats up just fine, so no complaints so far.

"Still holding up after months"
I’ve been wearing my Ororo vest a ton for outdoor work, it’s still holding up really well. The zippers, seams, and battery pocket all still feel solid, and I haven’t had any issues even after plenty of washes.

"Bulkier than I expected"
The jacket is fine overall and does what it’s supposed to, but it didn’t really match what I had in mind from the photos. I expected something a bit sleeker and cleaner-looking, but in person it feels thicker and kind of bulky. Not terrible, just not really my style.

"Fit was right, just bad timing"
The size was pretty much exactly what I expected and the fit worked well for me. Unfortunately, I ended up needing it at the wrong time, so the timing wasn’t great, but the item itself fit just fine.

"Great for windy, rainy days"
I wore this out in some windy rain, and for that kind of weather it did a really solid job. I stayed dry, didn’t feel the rain soaking through, and it kept me warm enough while I was outside. I’m not sure how it would do in an all-day downpour, but for nasty weather around town, I’m happy with it.

"Charging feels like the goalposts keep moving"
It works fine overall, but the battery takes quite a while to charge. I’ll think it’s almost there, then check again and it still needs more time, like the goalposts keep moving. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely a little annoying.

This jacket doesn’t feel heavy at all, but it still keeps me warm. I’ve been throwing it on almost every morning, and I can’t say I don’t like how easy it is to wear.

I had to return a heated vest because I totally guessed wrong on the size. My snap judgment was that the whole return process was going to be annoying, but it ended up being way easier than I expected.
Customer service got back to me fast and laid everything out clearly. The return label and instructions were simple, and I didn’t have to keep messaging back and forth to figure it out.
The refund showed up quicker than I thought it would too. Overall, really smooth experience, and I’d definitely feel fine ordering from them again.

"Keeps the temp just right"
The heat settings work really well and make it super easy to keep things at a comfy temperature.

I picked up one of their heated jackets and thought it might feel kind of bulky, but no, it’s actually really flexible. I can drive in it, walk the dog, and get stuff done outside without feeling restricted. It’s warm too, so yeah, I’m happy with it

"Still Going Strong After All This Time"
I’ve had this for years now, i kind of forget about it, which is a good thing, I guess? It just keeps working. No random problems, no weird little issues popping up, nothing that’s made me regret buying it. I’ll be using it one day and suddenly remember how long it’s been, and yep, still holding up just fine.

I had to swap my jacket for a different size and, honestly... it was way easier than I thought it would be. Customer service got back to me quickly and explained everything clearly, so there wasn’t any back and forth or confusion. The new one showed up fast too. So yeah, really happy with how they handled it.
